CASE

National Advocacy

The success of sustained, long-term efforts to combat abusive lawsuits hinges not only on robust measures enacted by EU institutions but, more crucially, on the effective implementation of key safeguards and protections against SLAPPs at the national level. CASE is committed to closely monitoring the transposition phase and emphasizing the significance of initiatives undertaken by individual countries in this process.

Our members actively engage with national groups and coalitions (NGCs) to coordinate advocacy efforts for anti-SLAPP measures within their respective jurisdictions. They serve as the driving force behind ensuring that SLAPPs remain a prominent concern for national governments.

In this section, we curate and showcase resources, advocacy efforts and awareness-raising activities at the national level led by National Groups and Coalitions (NGCs).
